(IDG) -- Make your daily computing life a little easier with these program launchers and toolbar utilities. Some can organize the information you already have, while others help you gather or retrieve information from other sources and add it to a simple toolbar. Regardless what you're looking for, one of these utilities is a must-have for your utility arsenal.

  1. Wintility: Use this slick little kitchen-sink utility to do it all. You can group files and locate them easily in organized fashion, as well as view information about all your files, even those on offline media. Uninstall, unzip, backup, archive tools are also included.

  2. Toolman's Toolbelt: Change your system's wallpaper, activate and deactivate your screen saver, automatically close program dialog boxes, restart your computer, or dial your dial-up connectoid. Many more features are included in this utility grab bag.

  3. Flying Toolbars: Add the ability to go full-screen quickly with Netscape Navigator. Flying Toolbar helps you see more navigational real estate while you're displaying Web pages; it's perfect for those with small or lower-resolution monitors.

  4. WinX32: Automate one or multiple programs to perform operations on a timed basis. Point your shortcuts to WinX32 and a macro will launch other programs according to the schedule and the instructions you specify.

  5. InterLeap: Make Web page browsing more pleasant by moving your address bar off the page and onto a floating toolbar. You can launch InterLeap from the Windows system tray to quickly start up your browser, add your favorite URLs, and more.

  6. LaunchPad: Schedule tasks and events to be performed at selected times. Schedule backups, run programs, reboot your computer, and even send keystrokes to programs. LaunchPad features smart triggers that can cause programs to start or finish based on specific conditions, which can be a real time-saver.

  7. Mouse Launch It: With this utility you can program your mouse to launch up to eight applications. Simply associate a mouse movement with the launching of an application and you'll avoid the tedious search through the Start Menu or minimizing applications to get at the desktop.

  8. Qfolder 95: Launch a quick virtual menu from your system tray with this unique utility. The quick list helps you access your files, folders, and programs with a right click. You can drag and drop to and from Qfolder, or browse files and folders quickly. The context menu is enhanced to provide additional features.

  9. TurboLaunch: Use this fast launcher to access all your favorite programs and utilities right from the desktop. It can be customized to run specific applications you select such as redialing your Internet service provider and backing up critical system files.

  10. WinGo: Forget the documents menu and those folder shortcuts. WinGo easily creates custom menus with submenus that you can access from the system tray. Any shortcut on your computer can be launched from WinGo with a click of the mouse.
