(IDG) -- IBM holds on to its Best Buy position with its affordable, full-featured 56K Modem. For $19 less, consider Diamond Multimedia's basic SupraExpress 56i. Though no faster than previous firmware revisions we've tested, the 56i is still one of the fastest modems on the list. Meanwhile, E-Tech's new voice-equipped CyberBullet debuts in sixth place, and Boca's 56K Tidalwave jumps to number nine--thanks to reasonable prices.
