AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (CNN) -- What's the most Internet-wired nation on Earth?
Surprisingly to some, the answer is Finland.
And, among the smaller nations of Europe -- the Internet is on the rise. One of those nations-- the Netherlands -- is now building a national network for Internet users. And the nation's commercial center, Amsterdam, calls itself the Digital City. CNN's Dick Wilson takes a look, in this streaming video report.
