Cross: 'I'd classify the car as fantastic'

We met Dick Cross on the very day he picked up the EV1. He was as proud as a new father.

After driving it for a while, his enthusiasm is undiminished.

"All in all, I'd say we're very satified with it. In fact, I'd classify the car as being fantastic."

So ... this is a story about a wonderful, innovative product and the extremely satified people who own it. Right? Not quite.
