As members of the Obama administration on Wednesday tout the stimulus successes across the country, they won't be highlighting its other effects -- the death of bipartisanship and the rise of the Tea Party movement. It's been a year since the stimulus was enacted to stimulate the country's staggering economy by increasing federal spending and cutting taxes.
