China Earthquake
A 6.9-magnitude earthquake struck the mountainous area of China's Qinghai province early Wednesday morning. The Xinhua News Agency reports that 8,000 people were injured. The bank 'head office' is at a day center for street kids in Kabul run by the Aschiana Foundation. The kids would typically be at the centre half the day and work half the day on the streets, selling gum, washing cars and other odd jobs.
