'Back to the Future Part II' | 1989
In the first installment of the "Back to the Future" film trilogy, Doc (Christopher Lloyd) builds a time machine out of a DeLorean in 1985. But after a visit to the year 2015, he makes some marked improvements. With the addition of a garbage fuel processor and flight capability, the DeLorean hardly stands out in the future of "Part II," when Marty McFly meets his children, Marty Jr. and Marlene (all played by Michael J. Fox). Cars can fly as well as drive, and as they take off for flight, the wheels rotate out, spewing vapor.
