Millions celebrate with queen
More than a million people lined London streets as Queen Elizabeth II marked 50 years on Britain's throne with parades, a thanksgiving service and a fly-over by 27 aircraft, including Concorde. The previous night, a similar number of people descended on Britain's capital as the royalty of rock saluted the queen with a three-hour concert capped by a massive fireworks display and light show at Buckingham Palace.
