AIRPORT TURNOVER 
Watchdogs have identified turnover of security screeners as a dangerous shortcoming at the nation's airports, claiming checkpoints often are staffed by people with minimal experience and training. These concerns are supported by an analysis of data revealing the greater turnover the less likely screeners are to detect security violations.
