'The end of the age is upon us'
Calling himself "Do," a wide-eyed Marshall H. Applewhite
attempted to share his big picture of enlightenment and the
path to heaven in a 1992 videotape obtained by CNN.
Applewhite describes in detail how he and his colleague,
presumably Bonnie Lu Trusdale or "Ti," persuaded about 100
students to leave their families and belongings behind and
join them in 1975 in their quest to leave the "Human Kingdom"
and join the "Kingdom of Heaven."
