TONIGHT'S TV(AP) -- Some stand-out episodes are being rerun tonight. "Friends" on NBC is showing back-to-back episodes from earlier this season that feature Sean Penn. In the first, Penn plays Eric, the sweet fiance of Phoebe's twin, Ursula. Ursula, it turns out, had not been entirely honest with him. In the second, Phoebe tries to help Penn's character get over Ursula. "Will and Grace" and "Just Shoot Me" are new episodes. Grace teaches a design seminar. A therapist analyzes the employees at the magazine on "Just Shoot Me." "ER" is the rerun when Sherry Stringfield's character -- Dr. Susan Lewis -- returns to the show and the emergency room. Over on CBS, "The Agency" is the rerun where Beau Bridges is appointed director of the CIA. "Survivor" and a rerun of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" are earlier on CBS. "Whose Line is It, Anyway? "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" and "PrimeTime" are on ABC. On UPN, you'll find "WWF Smackdown." "Gilmore Girls" and "Charmed" are on the WB. Fox's line-up tonight features three episodes of "Family Guy." The first is new. The others are reruns. Fox is also airing a rerun of "Andy Richter Controls the Universe." "Traffic's" on Showtime. Sandra Bullock's "Miss Congeniality" is on HBO. And, it's Michael J. Fox night on TBS with "Back to the Future" and "The Secret of My Success." TODAY'S TALKS
