Actress Elizabeth Taylor suffers seizure

Web posted at: 11:30 p.m. ESTLOS ANGELES (CNN) -- Actress Elizabeth Taylor suffered a seizure Saturday, a spokeswoman said, nine days after surgery to remove a benign brain tumor.
Taylor was stricken at her Bel-Air home and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was "undergoing a battery of routine tests," said spokeswoman Shirine Coburn.
The two-time Academy Award winner was hospitalized overnight, Coburn said. Further details were not available, she said.
It was hoped Taylor could return home Sunday, when a private family celebration of her birthday was planned. Taylor returned home Wednesday and turned 65 on Thursday.
