HOLLYWOOD, California(CNN) -- A federal judge in New York has ordered some drastic changes to the movie "12 Monkeys," because one of the sets looks very similar to a copyrighted drawing by artist Lebbus Woods. The judge has ordered scenes cut from the Universal Studios film, which has been in theaters for months. Woods sued Universal after viewing the movie.


Actor John Cusack will be back in the studio soon. The actor has signed a two-picture deal with Disney worth $5 million. The Hollywood Reporter says the actor will star in the thriller "Con Air" and the romantic comedy "Elliot Loves Gabriella." Shooting on "Con Air" begins late this spring.



Prince

The artist formerly known as Prince may have a new title this winter -- daddy. The Hollywood Reporter says the artist and his new wife, Mayte, reportedly are expecting a baby in November.



"Pocahontas" is once again on top of the charts in home video sales. The blockbuster Disney animated feature is No. 1 on the Billboard magazine home video charts followed by "Pulp Fiction", "Ace Ventura Two" and "Star Trek-Generations." Pocahontas


"Copycat" reigns supreme on this week's video rentals charts. The thriller has moved up from second place this week, according to the weekly Billboard magazine charts. "Dangerous Minds" has dropped to second place followed by "Under Seige Two," "The Usual Suspects" and "Braveheart." "Braveheart" jumped to fifth place from 31st on the strength of its Oscar wins.



It conquered hearts in America; now "Toy Story" seems to be conquering the world. The computer-animated film is No. 1 in Japan, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. "Jumanji" is tops in Australia; "Casino" is luring moviegoers in Brazil and Italy; and "12 Monkeys" is tops in Germany.



Eriq Lasalle is taking a break from "ER", but don't expect him to just lounge around. Daily Variety's "Dish" column reports the actor will spend his break as a director. Lasalle will make "Angels from Harlem" for HBO pictures.



ABC has pulled the sitcom "Buddies" off the air after only four shows. It will be replaced with an "Ellen" rerun, and the network is looking for something to run in the Wednesday night slot. "Buddies" may be back later in the season.



Kathleen Quinlan Oscar-nominated actress Kathleen Quinlan has a new project in the works. Daily Variety reports the actress will co-star in the action thriller "Breakdown" with Kurt Russell. Production for "Breakdown" will start when she finishes "Zeus and Roxanne," and Russell finishes "Escape from L.A."
