The CNN Poll of Polls is an average of three Pennsylvania polls of likely voters conducted over the last two weeks: Philadelphia Inquirer (Sept. 9-12); Muhlenberg College (Sept. 10-16) and Mercyhurst University (Sept. 12-20). The Poll of Polls does not have a sampling error.
