Richardson to make '08 bid official
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will announce his presidential candidacy Monday, a final formality for a campaign that has been underway for several months, a Democratic source tells CNN.Richardson, a Democrat, is one of the country's leading Hispanic politicians. He will make his announcement in Los Angeles, which is home to a sizable and influential Hispanic community. -- CNN Senior Political Correspondent Candy Crowley
