Raw Politics tonight: Clinton's memo, Giuliani's homework assignment
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton's campaign was supposed to sail into the democratic nomination like a great ocean liner, but it is springing leaks...and she's not happy about it, CNN's Tom Foreman reports in tonight's "Raw Politics."Also, GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul says Rudy Giuliani needs to read several books before he is qualified to be president.
