McCain pulling ahead of Giuliani, Edwards ahead in Iowa
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, is pulling ahead of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani in three key states according to a new American Research Group poll.

McCain has the lead over Giuliani in New Hampshire, Iowa, and South Carolina, three of the earliest states on the presidential nomination calednar.

The same poll shows former Sen. John Edwards, D-North Carolina, ahead of both Sens. Hillary Clinton, D-New York, and Barack Obama, D-Illinois, in the first-in-the-nation caucus state of Iowa. Clinton leads both Edwards and Obama in both New Hampshire and South Carolina, according to the poll.
