Bush ready to find 'common ground'
"Yesterday was a day that highlighted differences. Today is a day where we can work together to find common ground," Bush said in the Cabinet Room with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on his left and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on his right. "I think it's very important we do this as quickly as we possibly can. I'm confident that we can reach an agreement," he added. |
