WASHINGTON (CNN) -- It took 15 minutes for one of the Republican candidates to invoke the name of former president Ronald Reagan.When talking about dealing with problems in the Middle East, Rep. Ron Paul quoted Reagan's memoir and said, "We need the courage of a Ronald Reagan." During the last GOP debate at the Reagan Library in California, Reagan's name was mentioned 19 times, according to CNN's count.
