Giuliani posts $15 million for presidential campaign
The month of March appeared to be the busiest for Giuliani, who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination. The former mayor's campaign reported that he raised "more than $10 million in primary funds ... alone" in those 31 days. While Giuliani is raising both primary and general election money, the campaign noted that he has $11 million cash on hand, "the vast majority of which is primary money." -- CNN Political Editor Mark Preston
