Clinton strategist: Hillary 'most presidential'
ORANGEBURG, South Carolina (CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton's chief strategist and pollster Mark Penn tells CNN, "I think the senator came off the most presidential." "I think in reality everybody did well," Penn said. "It was a good serious debate." "I think the last time these debates were not seen as serious. This one was," he said, noting that the candidates were able to articulate their views on the major pressing issues such as healthcare and the war in Iraq. -- CNN Political Editor Mark Preston
