Vitter gets behind Giuliani
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Louisiana Sen. David Vitter has announced he is backing former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's presidential bid.
Vitter, who will serve as the campaign's Southern regional chair, appeared at a news conference in Washington, D.C. with Giuliani on Monday and noted the New York Republican's ability to fight the war on terror. -- CNN Political Researcher Xuan Thai
