Attorney: Washington 'madam' reaches deal with media group

Deborah Jean Palfrey and her attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, leave the federal court in Washington on Friday.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Deborah Jeane Palfrey, the alleged "Washington Madam," has reached an agreement with a media organization to turn over company records from her now-defunct escort service, her civil defense attorney said Tuesday.
Her lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, said the names of some of the men who engaged in sexual activities with Palfrey's employees will be revealed.

Sibley has said the records include contact information for up to 15,000 former clients. The name of the media organization is to be revealed next week.

Palfrey has argued that she needs money to pay her legal bills.

Sibley would not describe the terms of the agreement with the media outlet, but told CNN: "No money is exchanging hands."

A status hearing on the case is scheduled April 12.
