Prosecution: Witness testimony proves Libby lied
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Lewis "Scooter" Libby lied to the FBI and grand jury about how he heard that Valerie Plame Wilson was a CIA operative, and that is borne out by a series of witnesses, Deputy Special Counsel Peter Zeidenberg told the jury Tuesday in Libby's perjury trial.
"It's not a case about scape-goating, it's not a case about conspiracies. It's not a case about bad memories, and it's not a case about forgetting," Zeidenberg said at the start of the prosecution's closing arguments. Full story -- CNN's Paul Courson
