Webb to deliver Democratic response to State of the Union
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. Jim Webb, D-Virginia, will deliver the Democratic response Tuesday to President Bush's State of the Union address.
Webb, the former Secretary of the Navy under President Reagan, defeated Republican Sen. George Allen in November. Webb sits on the Armed Services and Foreign Relations Committees. -- CNN Congressional Correspondent Dana Bash
