Kennedy to deliver education address
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Massachusetts, will deliver an education address at the Center for American Progress on Monday morning.
The speech will focus on a proposal of expanding class time to increase student performance, according to a statement. Massachusetts is the first state to undertake such an initiative |
