Bush's blue tie: A concession to the Democrats?
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Did President Bush choose to wear a blue tie during the State of the Union address as a hat tip to Democrats who now control both houses of Congress? Not likely. The president seems to prefer a blue tie for his annual address.
