Bush interrupted 63 times in SOTU address
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush was interrupted 63 times Tuesday by lawmakers and audience members during his State of the Union speech. It was the first time Bush delivered the State of the Union before a Democrat-controlled Congress.
Bush's speech lasted 50 minutes. Last year, the president was interrupted with applause 64 times and his speech lasted 51 minutes. -- CNN's Lauren Kornreich
