Biden will file presidential papers at the 'end of this month'
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Reaffirming his intention to seek the Democratic nomination in 2008, Sen. Joe Biden, D-Delaware, told CNN Friday he intends to establish a presidential committee by the end of January.
"It is my intention to run," Biden told Wolf Blitzer on "The Situation Room." "I've been straightforward about that for the last six or eight months. But the legal requirement of setting up a committee and transferring funds and all that, which is a little above my pay grade, that will occur around the end of this month." Biden is currently the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. -- CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney
