Senate Democrats to declare majority
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid and some of his top lieutenants will hold a 3:30 p.m. ET Capitol Hill news conference to mark Democratic majority control of the chamber.
This declaration comes as the Virginia Senate race remains unresolved. The Associated Press has declared Democratic candidate Jim Webb the winner, but CNN has not yet projected a winner. -- CNN Congressional Producer Ted Barrett
