Allen to deliver third primetime address on election's eve
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. George Allen, the embattled Virginia Republican fighting to retain his seat, will deliver a primetime address Monday night with senior Virginia GOP Sen. John Warner by his side.
The two minute address will air on six Virginia TV affiliates and is Allen's third primetime speech this campaign season as he makes a last-ditch effort to appeal to undecided Virginia voters before they determine his political fate Tuesday. The address will cap off Allen's final campaign push as he finds himself locked in a dead heat with Democratic challenger James Webb.
