Allen concedes Virginia Senate race
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Sen. George Allen, R-Virginia, said Thursday he will concede the Virginia Senate race to Democratic challenger James Webb. Allen's concession gives the Democrats a 51-49 advantage in the 110th Congress. -- CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney |
