Trandahl will cooperate with Foley investigation, but won't go public
From CNN Producer Paul Courson
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Jeff Trandahl, the former House clerk who oversaw the chamber's page program, will cooperate with the FBI's and House ethics committee's investigations into disgraced former Rep. Mark Foley's interactions with the teenage messengers, his attorney said Tuesday. But Trandahl will not be making any public statements about the Foley matter, Cono Namorato, Trandahl's attorney, said. "At this time, Mr. Trandahl will not be airing his recollections with the media," Namorato said in a statement. |
