President Bush to address North Korea nuclear test

President Bush will make a statement at 9:45 a.m. ET Monday on North Korea's claim that it conducted an underground nuclear test. The United States described the test, which North Korea said it carried out on Monday, a "provocative act" and was denounced by China as "brazen." |
