LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania (CNN) -- Twenty years ago the eyes of the world were on Three Mile Island. The Pennsylvania plant was in the middle of what is still considered the worst accident in the history of American nuclear power.

CNN's Natalie Pawelski takes a look at how the plant -- and its neighbors -- are doing today.
