Nutritionists: Oatmeal isn't the only 'right thing to do'
Nutritionists don't doubt that oatmeal is healthy. Oats lower cholesterol because they are high in soluble fiber. But so do lot of other foods, like grapefruit, prunes, kidney beans and broccoli.
