How To: Step 8 - Aging and Tasting

8 - Age The beer should be aged at least two weeks in a dark location at room temperature. The taste, head retention and carbonation will improve with age.

Chill beer before drinking. When serving, pour all but the bottom inch from each beer. This bottom sediment can add off tastes and also cloud the beer.
