(CNN) -- Experts say the majority of college students -- both men and women -- experience some fluctuation of weight during their freshman year -- the notorious "Freshman 15." While stress may be an underlying cause, easy access to food and alcohol doesn't help.
But for many, the weight gain is only temporary.
