Happy New Year CNN Staff
My New Years resolution is just to not make resolutions.
I was going to give up cheese cake, beer and using elevators, but when I watch the AC360 New Years special and NYPD were asked what their resolutions were, most said, they had none, I quickly followed. I had Cheese cake, no beer and used the elevator to go up but not down. Is there a diet were a person can detoxify the liver, heart and major organs, and does it work?
my resolution is to study more. I have the USMLE Step 1 exam coming up in June and it's a doosey, as Sanjay knows I'm sure. Party on CNN.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at the latest stories from CNN's chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and the CNN Medical Unit producers. They'll share news and views on health and medical trends -- info that will help you take better care of yourself and the people you love.
