(CNN) -- In a search for leaner, healthier steak, a Belgian butcher claims to have come up with the ideal product: bison meat.
The bulk of this bison meat is imported vacuum-packed from the United States, but it's slowly being supplemented by home-grown buffalo.
Brussels Bureau Chief Patricia Kelly reports on an Old World country looking to New World beef.
