United Airlines' food rated most healthful

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- United Airlines came out on top for the
second straight year in a survey released Monday of healthful
airline food.
The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a
Washington-based group dedicated to preventative medicine,
checked the availability of low-fat and vegetarian food at
the nation's major airlines and airports.
Los Angeles International was the top-ranked airport for
healthful food, also for the second year in a row.

Continental Airlines trailed United in the carrier category,
followed by TWA, American, USAir, Northwest and Delta.

Vancouver, British Columbia, was the number two airport,
followed by Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Seattle-Tacoma.
The survey ranked 25 airports in the United States and
Canada.
