Ingredients:
12 ice cubes
1 pound ripe cherries, rinsed
1 cup blueberries, rinsed
1 cup red grapes, rinsed
3/4 cup thinly sliced mint leaves
Method:
Crush the ice in a blender: Fill the canister about three-quarters full of ice cubes. Turn the blender on high and grind up the ice. This may have to be done in two batches.
Fill a large bowl with the crushed ice, cherries, blueberries, grapes and mint. Toss together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
