(CNN) -- Down in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, it looked like one of Tampa's favorite restaurants was on the rocks.
That because it's founder had sold out and the magic that made Crabby Bill's a local institution was replaced by tasteless corporate ownership.
But in a move that would make Wall Street trader's envious, Bill and his boys are back in charge. Correspondent Allan Dodds Frank reports.
