Creating your own non-stick skillet:

1. Spray the inside of the heated pan with an aerosol, non-stick coating. | |

2. Take a soft cloth or paper napkin, wipe the pan and cook! | |

Conventional salad oil may also be used:
1. Grease heated pan with a layer of salad oil. 2. Add a bit of salt to the pan. 3. Wipe the inside of the pan with a soft cloth, rubbing the salt into the pan's surface. 4. Shake excess salt and cook! |
