WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The world of Christmas dinner eaters is
split between those who sit down Christmas Eve and those who
pull up to the table Christmas Day, and President Clinton and
his family are joining the second group this year.
The White House menu is laden with traditional foods:
- Turkey with stuffing of cornbread and white bread
- Peppered ham
- Green beans
- Mashed and sweet potatoes
- Black cherry Jell-O
- Lemon meringue pie
- Pumpkin pie
- Chocolate cake with white icing
The Clintons will be joined by other family members for the
dinner, which is to be held about 6 p.m. Wednesday. A guest
list was not made available.
