The Situation Online: Military records, Ala. terrorism?

War history comes alive
This Memorial Day you might just be able to track down ancestors who fought in conflicts from the American Revolution to Vietnam. For a limited time, Ancestry.com is offering free access to its massive database of more than 90 million American military records, including news reels, draft registration cards, and prisoner of war lists.

Who's a terrorist?
The Alabama Dept. of Homeland Security has removed a Web site that classified gay rights groups, anti-war groups and pro-life activists among others as potential terrorists. Click here to view an archived version of the page.
