Edwards' Online Push
John Edwards
official announcement that he's running for President came today in New Orleans, but it was the online community that learned first, with an online video posted to
YouTube,
MySpace, and Edward's
new campaign Web site, which officially launched last night and is already in full throttle. But did the site launch
prematurely? We investigate.
Ford farewells
Six days of mourning will begin Friday afternoon at St. Margaret's Church in Palm Desert, California. The funeral arrangements include an unprecedented tribute at the Capitol and a final service and burial in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The complete schedule which includes opportunities for the public to pay its respects is available on the Gerald Ford Memorial site.
Colorado snowstorm
As Colorado prepares for a possible repeat of last week's snowstorm, with more than three feet of snow possible in the Denver metropolitan area, the Colorado Department of Transportation and Denver International Airport are taking steps to brace the public for difficult travel. The FAA is also an excellent resource for keeping travelers posted up-to-the-minute on airport traffic delays across the country.
