Re-imagining 'Planet of the Apes'
NEW YORK (CNN) -- The artist formerly known as Marky Mark is going ape in his latest film. Mark Wahlberg is Leo Davidson in "Planet of the Apes," an astronaut whose routine mission goes awry when he crash lands on a planet where intelligent, talking apes are the dominant species and conquered humans are slaves.
Did director Tim Burton hit or miss with his "re-imagination" of the classic 1968 film? "He Said/She Said" film critics Peter Travers of "Rolling Stone" and Lisa Schwarzbaum of "Entertainment Weekly" give us the answer.
