Are U.S. troops ready for chemical, biological weapons?

If Saddam does use those weapons, are U.S. troops trained and equipped to handle it? Critics fear they may not be ready. A recent report by the General Accounting Office, the investigative arm of Congress, reported problems like equipment shortages, and ignorance of the condition of existing equipment.
