Robert Romaniello once weighed 218 pounds and was a self-described "junk food junkie." Five years ago, he said he had an epiphany while looking in the mirror. "I saw my father staring at me. And I thought, 'You know, I love my father but I don't want to live with his body." Romaniello's father was obese and died with heart problems at 72.
